Sinoshipping Logistics (H.K.) Co., Ltd. is reorganized by Shanghai Sinoshipping Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SINOSHIP") She was established in November 2011, the registered capital is 5.1 million RMB. Since 2017, with the development in Chinese marketing, one new company named "Shanghai Yue Shipping Co., Ltd"was set up and she obtained the China Ministry of Transportation NVOCC for ships' chartering.

The company’s main business is focusing on heavy haulage & ocean towing. Meanwhile, for the shipping business, import & export trade, cargo and ship agency, customs clearance, and maritime analysis, we can also provide a comprehensive logistics support to our customers with a complete set of safe, professional, economic and efficient transportation solutions on it.

Since our inception in logistics area, SINOSHIP has successfully gained a solid foothold in Shanghai, which, on the face of it, is one of the most famous international shipping center all over the world. Our business is booming in recent years, and has been involved actively in Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.

Currently, SINOSHIP is more than an angency for several ship owners which is responsible for self-propelled deck transport ships, tugs and foreign trade management, but also, to other types of ships, being involved in the pricing of freight and providing the total number of large projects shore to shore package service.
